Что нужно делать?

  • Work with all incoming leads: track them in the CRM, validate prospective clients and bring them through the pipeline
  • Communicate clients’ needs and demands, compare them with company interests, and carry on negotiations with the appealing projects
  • Work together with the dev team and product managers to prepare estimates & proposals for leads, demonstrate them to clients, and answer the questions
  • Manage documentation: sign agreements, NDAs, send invoices
  • Networking & Generating leads – network with contacts from Pipedrive CRM, generate leads in social media and Upwork. It’s not a priority for us now, but it might be in the future
  • For the future after growing to an Account Manager: be the main point of contact for signed clients, negotiate hourly rates, and identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

  • Understand client’s business specifics and how it operates
  • Establish, nurture and manage strong long-term relationships with client company and key people on the client’s side
  • Client’s references obtaining: internal (within client’s organization) for upsells and cross-sells and external (other companies) for new accounts acquisition
  • Account development strategy and planning and executing them in collaboration with the delivery team
  • Client’s feedback collection on the team performance, issues, quality of delivery and company work satisfaction in general
  • Contract (new and addendums), invoicing and payment coordination
  • Technology fluency to better understand client’s tech ecosystem and project specifics
  • In collaboration with AIS team and client’s key people identify the potential issues and problems client business is facing to propose solutions to solve them
  • Assist in resolving project-related ongoing issues and problems
  • While upselling/cross-selling conduct and coordinate the necessary sales and pre-sales activities, pitching and proposals creation to support account development plan and strategy
  • Be responsible for meeting profitability/revenue goals, tracking them and general financial efficiency on assigned accounts
  • Be responsible for gathering data for measuring client satisfaction level
