- 6+ years of global IT sales experience as a consistent top performer, with at least 2 years in a team lead/director role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop other team members
- Experienced in analyzing top of the funnel metrics, sales pipeline quality, revenue influenced across different technologies and industries
- Deep understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, its various service directions, sales cycles for different industries and company sizes, as well as modern software engineering technologies and frameworks
- Experience with proactive selling to SMB and enterprise, RFP and RFI response orchestration
- Definitely a “doer” with a strong business mindset and hands-on approach
- Fluency in English (C1-C2), knowledge of additional language would be an advantage
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Very good presentation skills

- Driving new business revenue generation and meeting assigned annual sales quotas consistently
- Day to day leading, motivating and measuring the team performance to ensure individual and team budgets and objectives are achieved
- Conducting regular pipeline reviews with the members of the sales team and supervising their performance vs KPIs
- Drive engagement and collaboration with interfacing departments, in particular delivery, pre-sales, marketing, HR, finance to build trusted relationship as well as develop integrated plans and strategies to achieve business goals
- Preparing sales forecasts and KPIs for organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Defining and coordinating sales training programs that enable staff (SMs, SDRs, Lead Gens) to achieve their potential
- Carrying an individual sales quota as well as participating in closing strategic opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

- Assemble, motivate and manage the team of Pre-sales Managers
- In close collaboration with other departments elaborate, implement and further improve Pre-sales related processes and procedures
- Manage client request processing activities from pre-sales perspective, including identifying and further development of customer business and tech needs
- Assemble and manage the team required to process client requests taking into account company’s capabilities and client’s requirements
- Manage the process of estimating the efforts required for project execution, create WB, identify non-technical activities required and estimate them as well
- Be heavily involved into client communication while working with their needs and issues, presenting possible solutions to go, discussing business and tech risks associated with the project execution
- Actively contribute into proposal creation process, participate in its presentation both remotely and onsite
- Assist sales and account managers in elaboration of sales strategy at RFX stage and in further account development activities (upsell and cross-sell)
- Support project team while initial stages of project execution and further if needed
